Project Overview

Professional Systems Engineering, LLC prepared the Design Development Report to establish guidelines and a basis for the design of the integrated security systems; court technologies; communications infrastructure including video conferencing; and acoustics, noise and vibration control systems.

The project consists of the design of a modern court facility for detention holding and police/enforcement. The Niagara Falls Municipal Complex will be occupied by various departments including: courts and judicial, police, administration, and detention each having overlapping security and communications needs. The design/build project met strict funding requirements.
