Teresa Golden has served in the firm as an administrative and management professional for 30 years. She is responsible for recruitment and retention activities to ensure our organization attracts and retains the most qualified human talent. She conducts and supervises orientation programs and arranges for peer-to-peer mentoring of new employees. Risk management, insurance, and total benefits management are all within her experience. Teresa routinely contributes to significant new business endeavors as part of the team.

Her other equally important role is the daily accounting oversight, long-term financial health, and hands-on involvement which has kept PSE a vibrant and financially stable enterprise throughout the last three decades including during the pandemic which proved to be a challenge for even the most solid A/E firms. PSE was able to weather the ups and downs of the past almost three years, with the guidance and strong direction from Teresa.
