PSE designed a new life safety/fire alarm system replacing the 20-year-old system. PSE provided the one million sq. ft. hotel with digital true-alarm, multiplex fire alarm/smoke detection using dual color graphic computers for fire command and maintenance. New high pressure stand-pipe flow control was also provided. Extensive parking structure protection was also provided as a large underground facility below the two story tower. |

| PSE provided threat analysis, risk assessment and security recommendations for the multi-use City of Philadelphia tenants. Duress alarms, card access, CCTV, and highly secured core area were provided. The command center includes all security and life safety operations. A reception area for potentially assaultive clients was also designed. |
