Alameda County Juvenile Justice Center
San Leandro, CA

PSE provided commissioning and authority services for this new $130 million juvenile justice center. This facility is comprised of a 360-bed detention center, with 180 medium security beds, 90 maximum security beds, and 90 special population beds, as well as court facilities and administration offices.

Cranston, RI

PSE provided security, security communications and selected perimeter security fencing consulting, design, and engineering services. A new security system Master Control Center was provided, outlying controls and video surveillance systems. Fire alarm integration, security intercom, paging and wireless man-down systems was provided.

Union County Detention Center
Elizabeth, NJ

PSE provided program design services and construction administration including the design of master control center that was comprised of main touchscreens, server computer system and the headend systems for video surveillance, intercom and paging system. PSE also provided security, intake fencing, and security communications infrastructure consulting, design and engineering services and designed site-wide card access door monitoring and control system intercom paging.

Hardin County Juvenile Detention Center
Hardin, KY

PSE provided design engineering and construction administration services for all security and control systems for this new facility. This new facility for detention and treatment residents, will allow access services shared by both residences. The facility then can maintain a separation of populations at all times and provide a secure environment.

Delaware County Juvenile
Detention Center
Lima, PA

PSE provided master planning, design and engineering for fencing, security and central control and communications. Also included were site security policy, emergency procedures, transition team policies and procedures consulting, and fire protection.

Essex County Youth House
Newark, NJ

PSE provided design and documentation for security, data network/telecom, detention control, CCTV, door and gate security, card access and life safety.

New Jersey Training School for Boys
Jamesburg, NJ

For the State of New Jersey Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC), PSE provided site-wide security, site-wide life safety, and code compliance study. Also included were site security, perimeter detection, central control, transition team policy and procedures consulting, and site-wide computerized fire alarm.
