PSE will provide coverage of 45 acres with 10 miles of perimeter zoned detection/fencing with alpha-numeric radio paging and high definition plasma screen GUI alarm monitoring. PSE is a leader in assisting Maryland, Virginia, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and other states to maintain a record of zero escapes for more than a decade.

This complex 40-acre campus for eligible offenders with mental health needs required substantial terrain re-building, temporary fencing, CCTV surveillance, access control, and new gatehouse/sallyport control towers. PSE is responsible for over $6 million in security improvements for this expansion/renovation project. Complete digital renderings of the entire site were 3D modeled.

For this 507 megawatt nuclear plant located on the Great Lakes, PSE provided sophisticated site analysis and CCTV image targeting. PSE reconfigured the interior of the gatehouse to improve personnel flow through search areas and designed a new protected area boundary fencing perimeter intrusion detection system.

PSE met the challenge of a Governor’s order to design and implement a fully protected perimeter within a 90-day time-frame to stop escapes and walk-aways at this 30-acre site. Non-climbable fencing, electronic climb detection, secure sallyport, gatehouse site lighting, and new control center were designed.
