System Renovations: Getting the most out of your Revised Budget

In the current economy, finding cost saving solutions to allow a correctional facility to continue to operate at a secure and safe level requires both creative and proven techniques. Examining Security Control Systems, Energy Management Systems, Lighting Retrofits, Life Safety, and Communications, we will discuss routes and solutions to implement value based renovations which will also aid in reducing the operating costs of your facility.

Presenting will be Jason Delp of PSE, Director of Projects, Thomas H. Pilson, IV of PSE, Public Safety and Correctional Services Director, Mark Stefanov, P.E., Engineer for Travis County, Texas and Brian Mikiten, President of Secure Control Systems who will be exhibiting at CMI this year. Both Mark and Brian were involved in Jail Renovations with us in 2010 and will have case studies to share. This topic will benefit many of the attendees with expenditure options and avenues for energy savings, given the state of everyone’s reduced budget.
