Scope of Work: Professional Systems Engineering, LLC provided complete physical and electronic security systems design for this 19 story building originally built in 1962 and formerly housing offices for Bell Atlantic. The City of Philadelphia did a retrofit to this high-rise annex building in support of the City Hall Complex. Analysis included specialized personal duress systems for employees and executive safety and protection which included CCTV surveillance and various protection programs.

The service included full security assessment, review, program development, threat analysis, and mitigation consulting for Capital Program Office, Department of Health Services, legal and various departments. Engineering design services included emergency command center design, card access, elevator control, tenant security, duress alarms, control booths, and intercom for public spaces and hearing rooms. Additional services comprised of PBX system and construction services through commissioning.
