Project Profile: Chester High School
Chester, PA
Project: Security Hardware Design Services
Client: Chester Upland School District
Construction Cost: $400,000
Scope of Work: Professional Systems Engineering, LLC supplied security consulting and design services for this 385,000 sq. ft. inner city high school built in 1974 with a student capacity of 2,300 to confront mounting concerns of student behavioral issues. PSE was the consulting firm throughout the 4 phases of the video surveillance system designed for the Chester High School.
The district’s budgeting needs required PSE to phase the design within fiscal and budget goals. Each PSE design met the assigned budget perfectly while providing the Owner maximum value.
PSE incorporated the latest video over twisted pair technology and digital recording to meet the financial demands associated with this large school security retrofit.
