	For this 21-story tower, PSE designed a new computerized fire alarm and smoke detection system. PSE completed a floor-by-floor sprinkler retrofit with tamper flow monitoring. Features include air handling unit shut-down/ control, audio evacuation, firemens’ communication, elevator recall, fire pump and dry pipe system monitoring.

			PSE designed a complete life safety system including sprinklers, fire suppression systems, smoke detection, alarm, card access, CCTV surveillance, door monitoring, command center, telecommunications, and computerized telephone system entry.

	PSE designed a new life safety/fire alarm system replacing the 20-year-old system in this city high-rise. PSE the provided one million sq. ft. hotel with digital true-alarm, multiplex fire alarm/smoke detection using dual color graphic computers for fire command and maintenance.
