Biographic Narrative

Gerald I. Forstater, PE, CSI is Chief Executive Officer at Professional Systems Engineering, LLC and PC – leaders in security, communications, and life safety systems design for justice, nuclear, institutional, and federal projects. His designs were recently featured on National Geographic’s MegaStructures cable television program, CBS Nightly News with Dan Rather, and various trade publications. His specialties include juvenile justice, jails, and large state correctional facilities. His firm currently holds significant design contracts in California, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and elsewhere in the United States. An adjunct faculty member with the International Communications Industries Association and frequent presenter on security technology, he brings a good sense of humor and fresh insight. He encourages change to enhance the effectiveness of protection and communications.

Joseph S. Sestay, ESQ, and RA, Architect and Construction Attorney, has represented developers, owners, contractors, subcontractors, building material manufacturers, architects, and engineers in construction defect, construction delay, and other construction and building product-related claims. Mr. Sestay is a licensed Architect and was a project architect for various institutional and private clients. He is also a licensed Real Estate agent in the State of California. Mr. Sestay is a member of the State Bar of California, is licensed to practice in State and Federal Court, and is a member of the American Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
