Forensic Investigation/Claims Analysis
Our Forensic Services have been utilized to assess a range issues including patent infringement and significant property losses. We have rendered wide subject matter experience on 45-story buildings under fire code violation to security system verification in maximum detention facilities to significant hurricane losses at nuclear plants. Our engineers perform testing for critical power plants, sprinkler designs for life safety systems, and validate 200 kilowatts of lighting in corrosive environments. We recently saved a client in a hurricane-related claim $7 million by identifying actual damage impact, separating replacement from betterment.
